OUR AUDITORIUM

Our function room is in the heart of the club. Depending on the size of your function, you have an option to hire
half the room or the whole room. All room hire is 5 hours.

OUR FRONT GREEN AREA

We are now taking bookings for tables on the front green area.
To confirm your booking we do require a $50 deposit per table*.
Your deposit will be transferred to vouchers to be used in the club for up to 3 months.

CORPORATE BOOKINGS

Either you have a meeting for a small group or a presentation for a large audience, we have rooms to suit your
purpose.
Speak to our function coordinator for options on how we can cater for your guests.

PLAY BAREFOOT BOWLS!

Want a bit of fun with your celebration? We can book in a 2-hour session of Barefoot Bowls! This includes an
instructor, and an outdoor speaker to help with the party music.
$20.00 per person to play, book a time in with our function coordinator.

CATERING SERVICES

The Wok & Grill Bistro produces our catering for larger functions at Club Windang. They have been wonderful in
producing eastern and western options for our guests. Speak to our function coordinator about how casual, or
how formal you would like your function to be.
We also provide grazing options from Bar 2-Six. We can provide platters for those smaller special occasions,
either it be simple or stylish. Speak to our function coordinator about our new catering options.
We can cater for dietary requirements – If any of your guests require vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or dairy free
options.
Please notify our function coordinator 2 weeks prior to your function. Additional costs may occur.

PAYMENTS

Holding Fee

A holding fee is required to book the Function Room. A holding fee will be kept if any breakages, damages, and or theft, whilst the function is in progress. An excess fee will be required for cleaning or repairs if cost is in excess of the holding fee.

Room Hire

Room Hire fees are required to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the function.

Bar Tab & Catering

Bar Tab & Catering payments are required 14 days prior to the function. If the Bar Tab needs to be added to, on the date of function, payment is required before amount will be lifted. Any remaining money left on the Bar Tab, can be refunded after the conclusion of the function.

FINAL NUMBERS

An estimate of how many guests will be attending your function is required at the time of the booking. A final number is required 14 days prior. This will be regarded as a minimum number charged for catering purposes. Any additional guests can be added to this number up until 3 days prior to your function.

LIABILITY

The client is responsible for any breakages, damages, and or theft, whilst the function is in progress. Our staff will take all possible care to look after your belongings however we will not accept responsibility for any belongings or merchandise left in the Club, before, during or after the function.

DECORATIONS

If you’re having decorations delivered directly to the venue, please arrange this with our function coordinator. Display material must not be taped, nailed, stapled, or glued to any part of the building or venue. Strictly no glitter or confetti

CANCELLATIONS

Any holding fee paid upon booking may be refundable if cancellation is prior to 6 weeks before the function date. Please note an administration fee may apply. We may however be able to transfer the holding fee to another date of your choice where available. If cancellation is unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances, the holding fee can be refunded with late notice.

NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES.

We are committed to the principles of Responsible Service of Alcohol and therefore we reserve the right to refuse the supply of alcohol if deemed necessary. Only food we allow to be brought on our premises are celebratory cake or cupcakes (or other dessert used to commemorate the occasion).

MINORS

Minors under the age of 18 years must refrain from approaching the bar. Minors under the age of 18, must be always accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors are not allowed to be on club premises past 9,30pm, except when they are in the function room or leaving the premises.

FUNCTION BOOKING FORM AGREEMENT

To complete your booking, a function booking form agreement must be completed with the payment of the holding fee. Please organise a meeting with our function coordinator to complete. Club Windang reserves the right to adjust any part of this function package without prior notice.
